Personal Trainers are so important:
There is so much to remember with each workout. In one exercise there can be ten things about your form you have to keep adjusting, maintaining, or activating. Having someone in your ear to say, “Do this. Do that- let me show you the right way,” can be an incredible help.
HIIT & Bootcamps
Sundays at 10am, Mondays at 2:00pm & 9:00pm, Tuesdays at 11:15amam Wednesdays at 6:30pm & Thursdays at 2:00pm.
Cardio Kick It
9:30am Sundays & 7pm Saturdays
