Personal training sessions are 45 minutes in duration. Sessions can be booked in my private studio in Alcona.  [or in the great outdoors, or at a local gym - [ for an additional fee].  Book 10 sessions by February 8th, 2016 and get 1 session free!

Let me show you how to tone up!  By creating the type of muscle mass you want -whether its long, lean muscle or more bulk, I know what exercises are for you!
