These dynamic parties are fun, vibrant and active. Partygoers engage in games and learn to stretch like a dog, balance like a flamingo, and relax like a lazy lion! The classes incorporate fun Yoga poses, cooperative games and activities For an hour of creative movement that kids of all ages love to take part in. At the end of the yoga session we relax with simple stories and meditation. When it's time for cake AMAZINGLY the kids are calm and relaxed!
