FAQ

Do I have to be flexible to practice yoga?

Yoga is for all people, not just those who can touch their toes!  Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to be a contortionist to do yoga.  Indeed, yoga increases flexibility; but it is most certainly not a prerequisite. I have worked with all ages, levels and abilities and I pride myself in being a sensitive and compassionate teacher.  Yogis or Non-Yogis, Desk Jockeys, couch potatoes, or fitness professionals, beginners or advanced students all are welcome to join - If you can breathe, you can begin a practice with me!

What should I bring to Class?

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and hand towel.  I always have extra if you forget. Shoes and socks are not required in yoga.

Do you teach privately?

I teach private yoga and pilates sessions in my studio for $50.00 per class. I also teach private classes in your own space at a cost of $75.00 per hour.  Personal training is also available with a healthy mix of weight training, HIIT, plyometrics, core-, flexibility and kettlebells in my private home gym for a fee of $50.00 per hour.

Do you offer corporate yoga sessions?

I do offer both corporate and group Yoga or Pilates sessions at your office or venue.  The fee is $75.00 per hour or $50.00 per hour for not-for profits.  I also engage children at Yoga Birthday Parties for $100.00

"Come to the edge."
"We can't. We're afraid."
"Come to the edge."
"We can't. We will fall!"
"Come to the edge."
And they came.
And he pushed them.
And they flew.
