All these flow yoga classes are for those who want to focus their practice on toning and strengthening the body.

 

 Flow synchronizes breathing and movement in the postures, improves blood circulation and helps to relieve joint pain and remove toxins and disease from the internal organs.  In flow yoga, there is a higher caloric burn due to the aerobic nature of the class.. The sweat generated from the heat of this practice carries the impurities out of the body and the body becomes healthy, graceful, light and strong.

 

Chakra Flow This flow-based class acknowledges the major chakras (energy centers) present along the midline of the human body. Through postures and breath-work we open, unblock and balance the chakras creating physical and mental vitality.

 

Come to Core Yoga Flow class to build core strength, balance, and flexibility in a dynamic practice of yoga.  Work your body from the inside out in fluid sequences that integrate the strengthening, lengthening and toning to a flowing, breath-focused practice. This physically challenging class ends with deep relaxation.
